Shelly Gilliland is a birth doula, as well as an avid reader, writer and quilter. She’s been quilting for about 10 years and her crazy, wild colors and eclectic patterns have morphed her into a Modern quilter. Shelly lives in NE Indiana, and enjoys as many quilt retreats per year as humanly possible while building her fabric stash by the yard wherever and whenever possible. She follows her grandkids’ school and sports activities with a vengeance, and in their spare time Shelly and her husband like to travel, camp and watch college basketball.
