Heather Jones is an author, designer and quilter who lives outside of Cincinnati, OH with her husband and children. Her first book, “Quilt Local: Finding Inspiration in the Everyday” was released in 2015. Her work has been featured in books, including “Lucky Spool’s Essential Guide to Modern Quilting” (2014), “Quilting the New Classics” by Michele Muska (2014), and magazines including Quilty, Quiltmaker, Modern Patchwork, Gen Q, and Love Patchwork & Quilting. Heather has taught workshops all across the country, offers online workshops at Creativebug.com, and has appeared on Quilting Arts TV. Her work has been exhibited at venues including the New England Quilt Museum, QuiltCon, International Quilt Festival, and the University of Dayton.
